I am committed to listening, observing and discussing your experience and to skillfully applying principles of body mechanics, alignment, postural sequencing and breath technique to your level, beginners thru advanced. To ensure that you have the best experience possible, the yoga program has to fit you rather than you adjusting to fit the program.

Even if you can only sit in a chair, I can bring to you the many benefits yoga has to offer. In addition to specialized training in prenatal fitness, my experience as a certified childbirth educator, doula and mother of four gives you the confidence that your yoga program is safe and helpful. With gentle stretching that tones and strengthens your muscles and breathing techniques that relax and calm you, you will find an increased level of energy and be better prepared for labor and delivery.
